Shipping policy

1. Shipping Origins
Our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Japan. As the official global website and online store of Foo Tokyo is operated by the regional office based in Japan. 

2. Shipping Cost
Delivery charges are included in the product price in advance. No additional charges are incurred on delivery.

3. Delivery Restrictions
We require a signature for all orders. Therefore, delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
a. Processing Time: Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase from our Japan warehouse, subject to availability and credit verification.

b. Transit Time: Once your order is shipped, we estimate that you will receive it within 3-10 business days from the ship date. Please note that shipping times may vary, but we strive to expedite the delivery process as much as possible.

c. Non-Shipping Days: Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends or Japan holidays.

d. Customs Clearance and Payment Delays: Foo Tokyo Global cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures or failed payments. However, we make every effort to minimize potential delays and ensure a smooth shipping process.

e. Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Shipping Fee on Returns
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with returns.
