Shipping Policy 

We will ship after your final payment confirmation, as for other payment methods, we will ship after confirmation of your order. When the product arrives, please make sure to check if there are no any defective products or errors in the order. 

About shipping cost

Shipping is free for purchases of 10,000 yen or more (including tax).
For purchases of less than 10,000 yen (including tax) , shipping fees will be charged according to the delivery area, as shown in the chart below.

Orders & payments made by 8:00 a.m. can be shipped on the same day.
*Shipping may be delayed during busy hours or when products are backordered.

About specifying the delivery time
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.

The shortest delivery date for orders and payment received before 8:00 am is as shown in the chart below.

In addition, the designated delivery time is as follows.

・Morning (until 12:00)
・14:00-16:00
・16:00-18:00
・18:00-20 :00
・19:00-21: 00
