We expressed this flow of time in a striped pattern, producing two silk fabrics: "Narrow," composed of fine lines, and "Wide," an enlargement of it by 150%. Enjoy the sublime fit that clings to your skin and a design like no other.
By enlarging the pattern, we expressed how layers of lines build up the pattern, just as layers of time shape a lifetime. The pockets and hems use the "Wide" and "Narrow" fabrics as mutual accents.

Silk's delicacy made the crotch area prone to tearing, but guided by customer feedback we updated the sewing, improving durability while keeping the ease of movement and softness. The bottoms use French seams that hide the fabric edges at the crotch, with an additional line of stitching to reinforce this tear-prone area. The tops use flat-felled seams at the sides, with three lines of stitching to reinforce this high-movement area. Foo Tokyo silk pajamas are sewn so that no fabric edge ever touches your skin — smooth wherever you touch, with a fit that clings to your skin.
