Terms & Conditions 

- Size exchange 

・We accept exchanges even if the size of the product you purchased for yourself or the person who received the gift does not fit.

- For those who want to try different sizes

There is no problem if you purchase 2 of the same item in different sizes assuming that you will return the item. Please return the one that doesn't fit.


    1. Return/exchange request Please send your request using
    this dedicated form .


    your request to return the item has been approved, please return the item prepaid at your local post office or distribution center.

    3. Exchange/Refund

    After inspecting the returned item, we will promptly ship the replacement item. 

    If you wish to receive a refund, we will refund it according to the payment method used at the time of purchase. 


    In the following cases, we may refuse to return or exchange an item. 

    Please note.

    - If more than 30 days have passed since the item arrived - Items that
    have been worn (excluding cases where the item has been put through the sleeves once after the item arrives), repaired, washed, or cleaned
    - Items that have been damaged, defaced, or lost Cases - Products
    that have smells, stains or scratches from the customer
    - Products (including boxes and accessories) returned to us in a significantly different condition than when they were delivered - Items
    for which tags have been lost

    Non-returnable items:
    -Bath oil 

    To Enjoy our products longer with satisfaction 

    Until now, we have received many requests to try on the products in advances. 

    Therefore, in order for you to enjoy shopping at the online store as if you were trying at the store, we will exchange or return the product within 30 days after the product arrives. If you have any products you would like to try, please feel free to try them at home. We also support customers who have received gifts.
